A 19-year-old Wildwood man was arrested Monday after being accused of touching a juvenile inappropriately.
The teen was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, and cruelty towards a child.
He was released after posting a $10,000 bond.
The incident was reported Sunday after officers allegedly talked with the 14-year-old girl and her mother. Reports are not clear in regards to what the pair told detectives. However, according to an arrest affidavit, police confronted the man with the allegations and he apparently admitted that he met the girl at the conference room and parking lot at his job, where they kissed.
He is accused of fondling her breast and asked the girl to perform a sexual act.
The affidavit adds that he also allegedly tried to get the girl to sneak out of her home to meet him.
