The 66-year-old and his female passenger, 62, both of Covington, Ga., were taken to Ocala Regional Medical Center, where the 66-year-old man later died.

The crash occurred about 8 a.m. near County Road 48 in Bushnell.

According to a Florida Highway Patrol report, the man was driving a 2008 Harley-Davidson north on I-75 in the inside lane just south of CR 48. For unknown reasons, the bike began to wobble and he lost control of it.
